What is this tool?
A password's resistance to brute-force guessing comes almost entirely from two things: how long it is, and how many different characters it could contain at each position. Sixteen random characters drawn from upper, lower, digits and symbols is enormously harder to guess than a longer but predictable phrase, because the attacker has to search a much bigger space.
This generator picks each character using the Web Crypto API's crypto.getRandomValues() — the same cryptographically secure random source browsers use for keys and tokens — rather than Math.random(), which is fast but not designed to resist prediction.
